AutoCAD 2018 blank screen

Hello i'm using AUTOCAD 2018 from last 6 months i didn't get this type of problem. the main issue is a blank black screen welcomes me whenever i open the dwg file which i saved in the past. Cursor can be seen in the above tool bar but not in in the screen . I'm expecting faster solutions for the above mentioned issue. Some Screenshots of the screen are attached below.

Hi,

1. Reset to default settings or Turn off GRAPHICSCONFIG (for mouse)

2. Open new file > Command RECOVERALL > browse cad file.(for dwg file)

Your two screenshots are of the same DWG file; are you actually just having a problem with this one single file?
Did you try all other DWG files?

i tried with different dwg files but the same result. same file i opened in
my friend laptop it was working properly. so i decided its my software's
mistake
.
