Autocad 2019 File Not Opening

Quick Question. When I click on a .dwg file it open autocad 2019 with the file. Now it does not do that. Instead when I click on the file autocad 2019 opens but it does not open the file. i have to drag the file to autocad 2019 in order for it to open it. I think I moved a setting or something. Please help me. how do i get it to open automatically

in Windows Explorer, right-click over a DWG file and let us know what application is assigned to open that file format?

I am having an issue with AC2019 where, while using sdi - 1, we cannot open new sessions through windows explorer. You have to open a new session then go through the open dialogue which is a bit cumbersome.

I have tried this with the files being associated with "autocad dwg launcher" as well as "autocad 2019"
