Hi

I have some blocks with annotative attributes.

For the different scales I use grips to position the blocks (not the attribute) in the right position of the scale.

Is there a possibility to reset this position, to undo this movement made with grips?

Annoreset removes the position of the attributes , but it has no effect of the position of the block.

maybe somebody could help.

Block AND Attributes are annotative??
Normally you should have Block OR Attributes annotative.

And annoreset is the right command, normally.

Please share a sample.dwg with one of these blockreferences.

No the block is not annotative, the attribute is annotative.

but if anything in the block has an annotation, the block will have the possibility to act annotative.

like move the position in differen scales, when you move it with grips.

If I understand you correctly, it means that you mean constant attribute definitions, yes? If No: Please upload a sample file with a block reference where you can see this, thanks.
Because with non-constant attributes, I can not determine the position of the attributes individually using the label scales (and handles).

I'm sorry that your block building and procedure is still not clear.

If you're talking about constant attribute definitions:

Then you have to apply annoreset to the objects you have moved, so the attribute definitions: BEDIT -> annoreset -> Attdefs

its not that mystifing

create line, enter an attribute (default values, nothing special, as default lock position) above the line, give the att 2 annotationscales,

create a block. insert the block, change the annotation. The att will change the height, if not add ojectscale with the annotations to the block.

activate the block and move it with the grip, change the annoscale do it again, now the journey begins....

so I want to redo this grip-movments to the default block position. if you open the block you will see the original position , which is not anymore in the drawing.... annoreset int the block on the attributes do not remove this grip movements...

as I understand annoreset removes the modified possitions of the attributes. but I never move this attributes, I always move the block.... so I want the remove this positions made in the different annotations with the block.

Sorry @Anonymous

All information taken together makes no sense at all.
Parts of your description must be wrong because the statements in combination are impossible in AutoCAD or one imprtant detail is just missing.
(but of course there can also be a translation problem on my site)

Therefore, provide a DWG with just one or two of these block references and we will see.

Running ATTSYNC will reset the position to what it was before.

Also, if you unlock the attribute it will stick with it when grip editing. and not show up in the original position when you change scales.
