Odd Plot Styles and Annotation Scale

Issue One: Recently, I installed Autodesk AutoCAD 2018 onto this computer. While selecting annotation scales strange things happen such as scales with an underscore "XREF". I've never seen this before. It's not affecting anything specific but it's odd. Can someone tell me what is happening and how to rid this? See image below:

Issue Two: When selecting a plotter, these PC3 suffix files show up in the plotter name. Once again, not affecting anything but very odd and I want to get rid of these. Thoughts? See image below:

Issue Three: On Autocad on another computer in our office, I cannot get scale factors 1:1, 1:2, 1:4, ect. to show up. Why is this? Where can I get these scales? See below:

Any comments are welcome! Thanks

annoscales1 - thats not new.

for Example 1:2_Xref

In your file is a annoscale defined named as "1:2",

now you attached a xref which have a annoscale named "1:2" too,
but with a different definition.

For example: Your 1:2 is defined as 1=2, the Xref 1:2 is defined as 1:20.
By import the file as xref acad convert the name to 1:2_Xref - so all
objects will still be displaying correctly.

PC3 files
You/you company have a problem with write-access to the pc3 files.
Are they stored in a network and multiple user are working with the same folder?

annoscales2 - Why is this?
This list shows the defined annoscales stored in your FILE!
You can [RESET] the List to the default PROGRAM-List,
but you should know what are you doing with this step.
Use Curstom.. from that list, then use Option RESET.
http://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2018/ENU/?guid=GUID-52B8B084-1DE0-403F-957B-EADD085626CD

But: The defualt PROGRAM List can also be customized.

Life is hard, AutoCAD is harder.

Thanks for your comment. It makes sense now that the PC3 files are on that computer as we are sharing the same AutoCAD license.

One last questions, when you said: "PLOTTER FOLDER" were you referencing the
PC3 question I had? And if so, where is the "PLOTTER FOLDER" located?

Thanks,

Paige
