Missing points of reference osnap

I am trying to align objects with the align tool but when I try to snap to corners no reference point is shown. I have tried OSNAP and OSNAP tracking turned on with all modes checked and only with endpoint and different combinations but nothing seems to work. It is a very simple design so I don't see a problem and I am noob here, I've read all the tutorials and watched all the videos and always the reference points appear like default but I can't see them. thank you in advance. I attach my file for you could see it.

This setting controls how close (in pixels) to the object you need to get before the object snap grips appear

I'm guessing that you are referring to Autosnap markers and/or tooltips. (?) These can be switched on and off using the OPTIONS command:

From the image you posted it looks like you were snapping to Nearest or Perpendicular instead of Endpoint or Intersection but you wouldn't have known which without something being displayed.

Thank you for your quick answer, I changed the aperture to 1, 40, 50, and several values but nothing different happens, still cant see the reference points.

can you please create a video using Autodesk Screencast (>>>free download<<<), show us the behavior as well as the settings of the objects snaps?

Hi,

sorry, that is a SPLINE, and this SPLINE does not have endpoints or midpoints where you are trying to catch an endpoint.

You might try to convert it to a PLINE (command _SPLINEDIT, but take care about the number of vertices then).

Ask the vendor of this drawing (seems not to be done with AutoCAD) why he used SPLINES for straight objects.

I made it with another program when I didn't have access to autocad, now that I have I am migrating everything and apparently it's not trivial, thank you very much for your help.
