how to show coordinates permanently??

Dear All,

i want to show coordinates permanently, like if i am using ID Command that one showing only coords value only. i need to show permanently. herewith i attached picture also u can understand easily.

i have EN.lisp File but i need to try another way to fix the problem, anyone please find a solution.

not like this,, i mean that coordinates shown permanently. i need to show in printing paper (paper space). herewith i attached pic. i need to show permanently like this. ID coordinates are only showing in comment box.

now i hope u can understand. ( what is command for this ques??)

Now I'm not understanding your need.

I see you have a drawing that shows coordinates as block-attributes, or text, or mtext (not sure, because I don't see the dwg-file) ... but you're asking for how to do that?

With other words: you have a dwg and don't know how it was created? If that is the question then please upload the dwg-file so we know which types of objects you have and if FIELDS are used or maybe another tool.

What would I do to create such a annotation: I would create a block with two attributes and these 2 attributes contain FIELD (>>>details<<<) to show the values for X/Y coordinate of the insertion point.

To do this in vanilla AutoCAD see the link and video:

This is usually done in AutoCAD Civil 3D by adding a "Point" with North and East "Point Label Style" (You can edit the Dragged State - if arrows are needed).

The point can then be copied - having the coordinates update each time.

You can even export them into a text file if needed - apart from many other options.

Another way you can try this Lisp. Just load (Autolisp) and type the command XYZ and click at the point needed.

always use this lisp for coordinates label precomp for Dimensional Surveying

Yeah, sure, it's a simple question but the answer (for AutoCAD) is not that simple? It's not good to criticize someone's response because you can't understand it. Or maybe you didn't understand the "simple" question. Either way, it's rude to do that to someone who is trying to help with a very viable solution.
