i cant make my work fit to paper (long bond paper size) for printing

I am making a light bulb with a .5 border and making it fit to the paper which is long bond paper, but it doesnt seem to work when I preview the page.

I want to fit my project into the size of a long bond paper ( 8.5 inches wide and 13 inches long ). I apologize for the misunderstanding since its my first time asking for help in this forum.

In your Plot window:

1) Under Paoer size did you create a custom size 8.5 x 13?

2) Under plot area did you select the window option?

3) Under plot offset did you check Center?

Make sure the paper size is set to long bond (8.5 x 13) and that “Fit to Paper” is selected in the print settings, and check if the scale is set correctly and the plot area is set to “Extents” or “Window.”

You need to add this paper size.
And then select it from the list.

I think that the first thing you must do is to make the outer rectangle in your drawing to have the same proportions as the paper size.

And also sort out your drawing units. The drawing is set for metre units, so your drawing is 3150 metres long! You are then wanting to plot on a paper that has imperial dimensions. I find it easier to work in one set of units at a time.

Do you want to fix it, or should we show you how to fix it? Looks like you forgot the correct size of your object, and the units you should be drawing in, nothing more. Let us know.
