Automating a Drawing Index

I am generating an Index of Drawings where I have a table set so Columns A, B, and C are set to display specific attributes of a specific Sheetset Layout. I double click the existing data that is in the cell and it brings up the sheetset 'Field" box. I select 'SheetSet' from the Field names menu, I select sheet ES-100 from the Sheet Navigation Tree, and then select SheetTitle from the Property menu. For Column B I repeat the process, but this time I select SheetNumber from the Property menu, and finally, in Column C I repeat the process again and select SheetDiscription. What I get is a table that has this data in Columns a though C: ES-100 | 001 | INDEX AND LEGENDS. I need to do that for about 100 sheets. For the sake of this question, lets call 'SheetTitle' Attribute A, SheetNumber Attribute B, and SheetDiscription Attribute C. Is there a way to set up each cell with what attribute I want it to display but display the data for the sheet that column A is looking at? To put it in Excel speak, The cell A1 is looking at attribute A for layout ES-100. I want Cells B1 and C1 to grab Attribute B and C respectively but using the layout that A1 is grabbing its attribute from. This way i only have to point one cell in each row to the correct sheetset layout and Cells B and C will automatically grab the properties from that layout. This may be a basic question, but I am looking for ways to automate what I am currently doing manually.

It is possible to make a short Screencast and attach some sample data so I can better understand what you are doing in this procedure? I usually create the Drawing Index directly from the top of my SheetSet list and then add additional properties as required by the project.

For Plant 3D: Its pretty silly there is not a dedicated functionality for this like there is for AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD MEP within Project Navigator. It always shocks me how little Autodesk has planned for projects to use more than one suite of AutoCAD for a single job.

Best thing you can do is setup a Data Manager Project Report.
