All the standard rules on a technical autocad drawing

I am drawing something in autocad but I have no idea what all the rules for a technical autocad drawing are.

Such as:

what has to be in a titelblock?

Does a titelblock need any dimentions?

What kind of part numbers do I use?

Are there any rules on centerline scales?

Could anyone please help me?

thank you for the fast answer. But I already know how to use AutoCAD and if don't know something I can look it up easily. But I don't know which rules I have to follow to make an professional looing AutoCAD drawing.

What I can understand of this reply is that there really isn't anything standard on any cad drawing?

Search for technical drawing books - you can find answers there for your basic questions.

Consider:

A part numbering system is typically company created and used - most likely unique for the company.

The size and scale of the drawings should consider what it is you are drawing - are you drawing a large building? a small part? the solar system?

Who is the intended user? It wouldn't make sense to create drawings in a language the users can't read.

Is the required information easy to read, locate, standardized, clearly defined?

There are many different standards out there, national (like ASME Y14 in the US) as well as internal company standards. A company will establish the standards they are going to use, or they may not have any in place. Generally speaking if there are no adopted or established standards the company says you must follow then you can adopt your own, based on Y14, or another published standard. I think Harvard U. has theirs on the web. Any published drafting book will cover the basics for line type, line weight, etc.
