    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We actually ended up uninstalling AutoCAD, performing a few pending updates for the computer, re downloading and installing AutoCAD19, performing updates and then opening it and we were able to get in successfully. Not sure what did it but we are up and running now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Started seeing this error on AutoCAD 2019 upon opening. Not seeing anyone talking about this, anyone know what this is regarding and how to fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When this happens, do you have the opportunity to submit a CER (Crash) report? If so, please give me the report number so I can investigate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The error number is rather generic but I suspect it might be related to an older graphics driver.&amp;nbsp; I suggest making sure that your AutoCAD is fully updated using the Autodesk Desktop App or from your &lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com" target="_blank"&gt;Account &lt;/A&gt;page and then also check for more current graphic=s drivers from the manufacturer.&lt;/P&gt;
