Running AutoCAD 2018. I've created a 3D model which is 1:1. When I bring it into paper space

and attempt to dimension it in a view port, my dimensions are off by a factor of 4. So what should be a 9.3 inch length is now showing as a 2.325 inch length.

I have tried changing scales in multiple places and nothing seems to work. What am I missing ?

Can you provide a copy of your file, or some screenshots of what you are seeing? It sounds like you might have a scale factor, but are also using DIMASSOC set to 2. If you change it to 1, it may help.

Go to Dimstyle and check the scale factor.

Your viewport has not scale, you have it set to a random setting: fix that first.

And is that the view/rotation you really want? What are you trying to print exactly, for what purpose?

Is your default active DIMSTYLE set the way you actually want it to appear?

Sorry, I had not intended the layout to be my end look. I've attached another file. I shut down AutoCAD and restarted and created my views. After I dimension now, I get an incorrect dimension and a yellow square. If I click on it and reassociate the dimension is now correct. Really not sure what I did.

I need to send dimensioned drawings to a vendor to build the part.

I've attached another file.

Thanks for the help!

If you accidentally select a paperspace point for one of the two dimension points (such as the node for another dimension), you will get that result. You have to make sure you are selecting the end points of your modelspace linework to get the associated dimension. If you dont wish to use this option, you could change your dimension scale to 4 and DIMASSOC to 1 and then all of your dimensions will be 4 times what the paperspace distance is, but you dont have to be as careful about what you snap to.
