Wow - now I just wanna see the file!

As mentioned, if you only need to print this once, just take 30min-1hour and print each one. But if you think you'll ever print it a second time or more, it would be worth making it an XREF into multiple sheets keeping in mind what happens when the 3rd party makes a change and sends you updated base files.

I have multiple layouts in 1 paper model. I do not have any sheet set because they are in the same paper space. How to print each one at the same time instead of print 1 by 1? thx!

Hi @Anonymous

While you can certainly work this way, it does make plotting more difficult. You could potentially write a script to plot windows with specific coordinates or look for a utility in the Autodesk App Store.

I would suggest however, that you explore moving each of these "sheets" to its own layout with the appropriate paper size and plot settings applied. This makes it easy to plot all the layouts using PUBLISH.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

These are viewports, not multiple layouts.

Copy this one layout multiple times, delete unused viewports and use publish.

If there are "hundreds" of sheet layouts in model space, the person who created this mess is nuts. If you only have to print this once I would just grin and bear it and plot each one individually. If you have to print or plot these multiple times it may be best to turn these into layouts in paper space. If there are literally hundreds as you say, I would use this file as a xref and set up individual sheets and use Sheet Set Manager. This would take probably as much time as figuring out and testing some script to plot these from model space.

There is no built-in ability to do that: ask the file creator or guidance on how they did it, if t all.

Post your DWG file otherwise for others to try, but it's not going to be easy since the setup you describe pretty much fights how AutoCAD is designed to automate out of the box.
