You can indeed use them, just realize a lot of information is dumped into those logs.

I got a new gaming Laptop with a GTX1060 graphics card and from time to time, when saving / opening / just working with a file, the Autocad crash and few seconds after the crash the computer become unresponsive. I saw that just when it happens the CPU jump to 100% usage without any clear reason why.

There are some logs I can extract to identify the issue?

I already updated Internal and external graphics card drivers (by laptop manufacturer site.)

BTW, when I'm trying to send the crash report using the Autocad crash window, the crash window freeze.

It's really driving me crazy.
thanks!

Thanks for the screenshots. Not seeing anything of concern.

You say this only happens "from time to time": can you be more specific about when exactly, and an you repeat the problem on demand?

Thanks for the screenshots. Not seeing anything of concern.
I can't reproduce the problem. There are days it can happen every hour, and there are times that every half hour.
Can we use Windows event logs \ Autocad logs to investigate that?

Try deleting your graphics cache per >>this solution<< and see if that helps.

Do you have hardware acceleration on or off? Toggle it and see if that makes a difference. Are you working in 2D or 3D? Small or large files?

Some other things to try: Is this happening with one file or all files? Were they all created with the same template? If so, try doing a recovery on the file and see if that helps. Have you tried resetting AutoCAD to its defaults from Windows Start menu?
