I need help with building the centerpiece for this wheel so that I can 3D print it. Any advice?

There are not enough dimensions to draw that detail accurately.

Well, it is true, there is not much information but if you do not need it in the smallest detail, you could take the image to AutoCAD and redraw it, scaled it as precisely as possible to the dimensions given.

Draw the 2d and extrude and detail the necessary, and then save it in the format you need to print, if I remember correctly is extension .STL.

Keep in mind the units, both for 3D printing and for CNC cutting is of vital importance that corresponds 1:1.

I'll start off by saying I greatly appreciate the reply. Out of curiosity, do you think I could accurately build it with the dimensions of how wide the smaller holes on the left and right of the center piece are? The smaller holes on the sides of the center piece are 1.6mm wide and the center most cut out is build to fit a 3mm^2 shaft for a microgear motor. If you could help me as to the steps necessary to fix this it would help me out tremendously.

Why don't you 3D print the whole wheel solid then drill those tiny holes, cheap 3d printer won't do 1.6mm holes as you think it can.

Hot filament will fill the holes solid.

Have you not looked at the Pololu site yet? They have 3D models ready for their wheels. The models download as zip files with .step files compressed. When you insert these into AutoCAD you will have a block reference that you can explode to modify at will. Best of all you can use this model to export as the stl file to print!
