Problem with PROPERTIES menu

This problem is with AutoCad versions as 2015/2016 and now 2018 too

This problem is with just now installed computer, new computer - it is clear at all.

I have two different model computers - problem is the same for both.

I opened 10 year old drawing, which was not opened these 10 years - problem the same.

So in the drawing when I select object - action is missing for some tenths of second. And it happen when PROPERTY

tab is open. That is most noticeable when I select some dimension line, but I feel it for any abjects.

I click on dimension - and I see how slowly appear information in PROPERTY tab about this object.

And only when all information fill in PROPERTY tab about selected objest - only then cursor continue moving, but I started it to move for some tenths of second ago - so I need to wait. This problem is not - when Property tab is cosed, but I accustomet to work with open this tab.

Where can be problem? I see that computer - no, version of autocad - no, problem with drawing file - no.

Maybe autocat is not frends with operatig program? - I have win10

Try running

PURGE
AUDIT

and

RESAVE THE FILE TO 2013 format.

I add acad file and video file

in video there I speak in latvian - you will not understand - but you can see what happen with property tab

I see no issues with your file's behavior with PROPERTIES in R2018 and R2019 here. Your video offered no other ways to repeat the issue, can you explain what else I may have missed?

But...

Your file has this clutter in it and may be slowing down your older software versions:

Your posted file is missing SHX fonts and XREFs. The XREF files may be the problem too.

Your file is also saved to 2013DWG format, is that your default setting in 2018?

Your posted DWG file is also an organizational clutter and mess: you have too many non-relevant items in one single file and may be contributing to your slowdown as you describe.

I copied one dimension object ir new sheet - the problem was immediately in this new file.

are you sure that this is not happening in any other file? if not try starting a new file, draw some 2d element dimension it and see if you still feel the lag (doesn't matter if the lag is as huge as that of your attached file)
