Auto cad 2015 will not open

I have two questions firstly my auto cad for some reason has stopped opening it is saying error handler re-entered. And how do I transfer my licence to a new computer please

You don't transfer licenses for old software anymore: simply run and authorize it like you did back in the day, if there is a problem with the license you then deal with it after the fact.

BTW AutoCAD2015 is not supported by anyone in Windows 10 https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Windows-10-support-for-Autodesk-products.html

Does it do this when you try to launch it, or when you try to open a drawing? Or are you trying to open a drawing by double-clicking (which launches it)? Have you seen this?
