Cool.
After your screenshots everything is much easier!!!
Your drawing print size is smaller than the sheet print area.
Accordingly, your small print area is shifted to the lower left corner.
Solution :
Or select - Center
Or select - Fit to page

Well, as a recommendation - use your own DWGtoPDF printer so that there are no problems.

AutoCAD & Bluebeam Drivers - Title block off centered when plotting to pdf

Hello there. I'm having an issue with paper space. When I go to export a sheet or sheet set to PDF, the title block and viewport are shifted down and to the left consistently. In paper space, both are centered on the page. I looked at the PC3 file as well and my margins are set to 0 (not sure if they are supposed to be). I can rectify the problem by setting my plot offset to .125" for X and Y but that is very inefficient and annoying. I can also rectify it by shifting the title block the same amount in paper space. Any help on the issue would be greatly apricated.

(side note, when plotting to my actual printer the title block is perfectly centered).

Paper space

Plot to PDF Preview

@nlair1001 - moderation has adjusted the title for clarity.

You need to select in the print settings the format with the inscription - without borders.
You have selected fields. And the top margins compress the drawing vertically. Since the vertical is less than the horizontal, there is a difference with the remaining space. At the same time, there is more free space in width. And when there is more space than you need, displacement occurs.
The second option is to set Centering in the print settings.

When you say print settings, are you referring to a setting in the "Plot and Publish" section of the options tab? Or are you referring to the paper size drop down from the "Plot" command dialog box? Or neither haha! If it is the latter of the two, I don't see an option with that inscription available to select (see below).

Thanks!
