Try this : Starting AutoCAD-based products without hardware video acceleration

If that does't help, Provide a screenshot of the error message popup(title bar is missing in your current provided photo).

I can not even start my AutoCAD, This is what I get when I try to start it. Is there a way to "reset settings to default" without having AutoCAD started?
