your drawing is full detailed and has many lines and hatches , i suggest to separate it and try to use Xref ( attache ) command if you need to collect drawings together . >> Click <<

hope it's help

xref sounds like a good idea for collecting drawings in one file and this is my case also. but i'm not sure if i shall use the file that i collected all drawings in with the referenced files. so when i'll try to email the file will i also add all reference drawings?

thanks a lot.

When you send drawing files that use xrefs you will need to send the xref files with the drawing files. Use the tool "etransmit" in AutoCAD to assist you in doing this. It will find all files associated with your drawing files and package them up for you either in a ZIP file or in a folder of your choosing.
