.sdr to .dwg

I need to convert a drawing that was drawn in Smartdraw (.sdr) to just a regular Autocad drawing. I downloaded a 7 day trail of Smartdraw, and it loads most of the way, then gives a error message when I try to convert it to Visio. I also asked the person who drew it to convert it to Visio but he said he got the same error message. I have Visio, and can convert Visio to Autocad. All the Forums post I see are about converting Smartdraw to Civil 3D but I just need it as a basic Autocad. It is just a warehouse layout so there is no need for any coordinates. Is there ant other way to convert the drawing?

Hi,

i suggest to look on web for .sdr to dxf converter . if you succeed then you can open it by AutoCAD .

So? tell them you are testing and need to verify this feature. How hard would that be?
