Publish Command is Slow to Invoke

I just updated from 2018 to 2020. And the invoking of the Publish command takes a long time. Almost 20 seconds.

The plotter styles, ctbs, setups, etc, all seem to have migrated properly. Is this just a bug in the 2020 version?

Did you try test this is AutoCAD 2019 to is if it is only occurring in the 2020 version?

That may be the problem: RESET 2020 back to factory settings then test it without your old 2018 content, see if the problem goes away.
