error message -4.132.0 & license manager error

I'm running AutoCAD 2019.
My license info:
-> Type: Standalone
-> Usage: Commercial Product
-> Max Concurrent Users: 1

-> Expires 6/28/19

On 4/18/19 when launching AutoCAD, I received error [-4.132.0], followed by generic license error [The license manager is not functioning properly...] then AutoCAD would shut down.

On 4/22/19 AutoCAD launched normally.

On 4/25/19 (today) same series of errors that occurred on 4/18/19 is again present and repeatable - can not launch AutoCAD, even after a full system reboot.

I am the ONLY ONE using this seat/license of AutoCAD, it is not a shared license. All available updates (for AutoCAD 2019) appear to be installed/current.

What to do??? My corp. IT dept. is not very knowledgeable about Autodesk products, so before I contact them, I'd like to collect some trouble shooting information that I can pass on.

I just came across this trouble shooting work flow in the Autodesk Knowledge Network:

I was able to work sequentially through [Option 4] without admin privileges, but AutoCAD still can't launch. Will pass this info on to my corp. IT dept. and see if executing subsequent listed options on this list (with admin rights) will help.

Problem is fixed. Here's how...

Progressing through the prescribed workflow from Autodesk, I was able to execute through [Option 4] on my own, but the problem persisted. [Option 5] required [Admin privileges] so I had to get an IT dept. tech involved, but [Option 5] fixed the problem. From the tech's service ticket response:

Resolution: Had to rebuild the Visual C++ Redistributables and the Autodesk Licensing Service File, and AutoCAD is now working normally.

Thanks for posting this. Option 5 worked for me for problems with a network license.
