What I would like to know is if there is an automated process to copy information from a dimension and have it populate in a designated area in Paper Space.

The information on the Plan view and populate the information in the door schedule.

I have several spots in a drawings in which the dimensional information needs to be published.

Is there an automated process available? There have been several times when this information was missed during peer review.

Any help or suggestions would be welcomed.

You haven't stated what the process to automate is. If its just the same information each time, you could insert a block or start from a template that has the info you need. Just guessing. Without any information from you, that's about all I can offer.

No, there is no such automatic tool. You may be able to use FIELD for each instance but I can;t tell from just your posted images.
