      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to make the mtext or leader background mask transparent, say 50%, so that I can still see what is behind the text but the text will stand out because the drawing is lighter beneath it? This is something that would be really helpful to me since I work with aerial underlays a lot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe you could build the hatch into a block and use the block in a multileader style? But that might be troublesome to get the hatch to resize with the text. Maybe make an absolute size for the box around the text and it is static?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
