Error Message_WRN: Assembly binding logging etc.

Hi, I have been moved to a new domain. Since moving I get the error message below. I have lost a lot of functionality in AutoCAD. It was working well in the old domain. I googled the error message but the suggested fix didn't work.

Has anyone come across this message and been able to fix it?

Error Message:

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

Thank you for posting to the community.

You are on the right track with assuming its your Windows domain profile, it seems the profile is restricted having insufficient Windows permissions to run the software properly.

The software needs Administrator rights during installation & at first launch after installation. Also, the application should be set up to run as Administrator. Please have the IT Administrator help you uninstall & reinstall the product.
