AutoCAD 2019 won't fillet my 3D solid for some reason...

Hey guys, I just made this thing who is almost finished but I'm stuck cause whenever I try to fillet its front edges AutoCAD says that it has "failed to perform blend" and that there was a "failure while filleting", not to mention the 102005 error. I just don't understand, could you please help me solve this issue? Thanks.

Can you please share the file?
I think the problem is on the curved sides.

Did you do it from a spline or a polyline?

Hi @mrtime500,

I attach the screencast showed the method of doing it, assumed mode in a similar way.

To use the fillet continuously at the edge, you must choose CHAIN within the FILTER options.

Hey, thanks a lot for the reply!

I did it with polylines, arcs and ellipses.

I tried doing it with the chain command like you but it doesn't work either, I must be doing something wrong...

Hi,

which radius did you use to fillet?

I have tried radius 0.2 and 0.5, both worked well.

Radius 1.0 (which is the preset value in your dwg-file) can't work, because that does not fit for the ends of your object.
