hello, try to update your graphics driver to the latest and switch off your hardware acceleration and see if helps. thanks

Thank you very much for your hint, but it didn't work. I guess I'd uninstall de program and install another release.

Hi, I installed AutoCAD 2018 and the problem persists. I also updated my
graphic card, but nothing works, in fact the commands of Navigate in 3D
such as show Cube and Orbit does not work.
The message is always the same: c0000005 (Access Violation Reading
0xf6deffff) at address 3217cd83h

what Window OS do you have? i have a feeling that this error reflects some corruption in your Windows OS or .Net Framework? thanks

Hi,
The mentioned message which appears at the beginning of the AutoCAD is
displayed inside a window which title is: *Exception at avcmtools.crx ARX
Command *therefore several commands as: show Cube, Orbit etc don't work.
Mi OS is Windows 7 Professional (64bits) I had installed Microsoft.NET
Framework 4.7.2 and I am always keeping my PC free of virus and other
threats because I run AVAST (not its free version) with its modules
Premier, Cleanup Premium and Driver Updater. I had the program AutoCAD
2017 installed two years ago, I used it during some time and now I don't
know what is going on, for this is the first time I 've got this problem.
