Has anyone encountered this issue before? when trying to plot to PDF the line work and text "glitch"

I'm using Autocad 2018 and i have tried using multiple PDF creators including the built-in CAD one.

i tried using Adobe PDF, CutePDF Writer, DWG to PDF and Autocad PDF and they all have the same issue, it only seems to be this drawing.
