set HPMAXLINES to 10000000.

make sure that the hatches are of type "SOLID".

At least, in the plot-dialog:

disable "plot transparency"

select "DWG to PDF.pc3" as output device.

nothing worked...

here is the drawing...

so i need to know, why only some lines are visible (even in autocad only some lines are visible now . stone splines i mean

i also need to know, how can i just eliminate the stone lines but keep the hatches. i mean i want to select select just the stone lines and just delete them so only hatches remain, so i print those cleanly....

Hi,

>> nothing worked...

Really? Your layout shows that "Nuance PDF.pc3" is used, so not the original AutoCAD PDF driver; it also has "plot transparency" activated.

Please find attached a screenshot what I'm seeing in AutoCAD and in the PDF ... do you see any differences?

Also a PDF is attached, does that look correct in your viewer? (just to make sure we don't have viewer issues).

the only things I changed for the layout "soil1": plot device and plot transparency.

Maybe it's a draw order thing. Try using the command HATCHTOBACK to send hatching behind the lines.

ok your pdfs and screenshots also doesnt look as i want but anyway

so i decided just to delete all the lines and only see the hatches

how do i select all the lines and delete them? as suggested hatchtoback command it really makes easier to at least select lines. but i still must select all lines one by one with it.... is there an easier way to just turnoff all hatching at once? or turnoff all lines at once and just leave hatches? i guess that would be the easiest

Select one of each color hatch, right-click, choose SELECT SIMILIAR, right-click again, then choose DRAWORDER and the sub-option SEND TO BACK and move all those hatches to behind all of those lines to get what you want (or SEND TO FRONT if you do not wish to see the outlines).

Works fine here.

so this basically does the same thing as hatchtoback command right?
