It doesn't appear that its possible to control line spacing in table text the way you can with mtext.

Hi all,

I am working on a Table in Autocad and as I write texts inside each cell, I cannot find a way to set a gap line between my lines or even settle the distance in between the lines as one can do easily in Microsoft Excel of Word. Please see attached screenshot for your information.

If anyone has any idea about how to resolve this and could share it it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Vanessa

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response. I haven't managed to find an answer in the link you attached. I am looking for something regarding the editing of text within a cell itself.

Thank you for the contribution anyway.

If I understand what you want, a "blank space" between lines of text within a cell, try: when you reach the end of line 1, pressing "alt" + "enter" will move your cursor down 1 line each time, but stay within the same cell. This also works in Excel, even if you don't have the "wrap text" option selected in the cell formatting.

Hope this helps.
