    <description>&lt;P&gt;I started a Download to update my AutoCAD 2018 to&amp;nbsp;AutoCAD 2019 Saturday, My Broadband provider was having issues (That I was unaware of) in that at best, there was a very small capacity if any to download anything, Much less the 5.3 Gb&amp;nbsp;AutoCAD 2019 anyways after I realized it was not moving past Setup Initialization I called the provider (and at the point I called there was no Service) and found out they were having issues so I went to Task Manager and ended the Setup Task.&amp;nbsp; I tried this again on Sunday same results.&amp;nbsp; Meanwhile I went back to work on AutoCAD 2018 and there was at first a lot of screen "flutter" then the screen will go black so I "closed out".&amp;nbsp; When I opened 2018 again today, as soon as I clicked on the start table black squares would appear and it seem to lock up.&amp;nbsp; I then tried to download&amp;nbsp; today, the screen was doung severe fluttering and blacking out so I ended task again.&amp;nbsp; Now I sit unable to get into&amp;nbsp;AutoCAD 2018 nor able to download AutoCAD 2019.&amp;nbsp; Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Use the BROWSER DOWNLOAD method to get 2019 &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/download/about-download-methods/browser-download-method-for-autodesk-account" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/download/about-download-methods/browser-download-method-for-autodesk-account&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime you probably need to repair reinstall 2018.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
