Hi, your Autocad for Windows 2019/2020 specification shows that the speed of the processor must to be between 2.4 and 2.9 GHz, better 3 GHz, however, Should be this speed the base processor speed or can be the turbo speed? Autocad will run on a processor with base speed of 1.9 GHz and Turbo 3.5 GHZ? On the other hand, it is not clear what version of Windows, it can be Home or have to be Pro? Thanks

"Turbo" should only be viewed as a bonus, as it's not the normal run speed (hence the name). But it's not like it won't run at all at that base speed, it will just be slow for most work. If you're looking at a pre-built system with that processor it's likely the other components are also borderline, so be careful.

Win 10 Pro has a number of additional controls e.g. deferring automatic updates, which is highly recommended.
