Save what you need in a DWG2013 File, now you can open the file with 2015 and you can use c&p.

Already save in lower version ...that is not a issue but when ever my colleague has copy some objects/line which has done in AutoCAD 2020 then there is a problem to paste from that file to another user who have AutoCAD 2015 . That is ole object has identify - here they are pasting only by ctrl+Paste not other than special paste command.

Hi,

then your colleague needs to use AutoCAD 2015 to open the down-saved dwg and then use copy & paste.

You can't use AutoCAD 2020/copy to transfer objects to an older AutoCAD version with a different file format.

The reason is simple, the newer objects can have properties that are not supported in the older version of AutoCAD, that's why you can paste as you might lose data/information about this object.
