Title block scale issue

Hello ,

When I create a Title block of A4 AND SET paper setup as A4 , but some time insertion of title block is bigger then paper set up? Is that something in unit conversion or?

would you check Insertion Scale from UNITS command ?

i wish you attache the CAD file itself , the image didn't help !?

if you mean that you want to match the white area in paper space layout to your A4 block then you have to make a proper page setup and set it current [ PAGESETUP command] , have you ?

Are you inserting your A4 titleblock into an imperial template? You need to insert A4 titleblock into metric.
