That X coordinate is 253 drawing Units, whatever the drawing unit represents. If that's 253 feet but you need it to show as 3036 inches, I think you will need to take the whole drawing and scale it up 12x as big, so that a foot is now 12 drawing units long instead of one drawing unit.

If you were talking about the text content of Dimensions, you could apply a multiplier to the measured value to make that difference. But for coordinates display, or what's returned by a DIST or LIST command, I don't think there's any way to have it use other than whatever the drawing unit is, interpreted under the linear Units mode & precision settings.

If you change your Units setting to Architectural, it will show feet and inches [not simply inches], but unless you do the Scaling up, the 253 will still be 253 drawing units, and in Architectural mode a drawing unit is an inch, so it will display as 21'-1".

As of now, the dimension of my drawing is showing in feet, how can I change that to inches?

Thank you

Your coordinate display will be affected by the setting chosen in the UNITS command. Architectural and Engineering will display in inches.
