Hi,

I fully agree: you should save your working drawings as DWG, not DWT .... 😉

>> the title block is on a pdf and I've attached that into the .dwg

>> when I send it out people get the error saying there

>> is a missing or invalid reference

Which means you have sent them the basic file, but not the referenced files you used in that drawing.
When you save as DWG you can then start command _ETRANSMIT to forward data to someone else, as this command packs all - your dwg and the referenced files - into one ZIP that can be sent to your partner. He then has all files.

Hello,

I've created a .dwt with a custom title block (the title block is on a pdf and I've attached that into the .dwg). When I use the .dwt on my computer it all obviously loads up fine, however when I send it out people get the error saying there is a missing or invalid reference and specifies my file path on my computer.

How do I resolve this? Do I send the pdf with the dwt in a zip file? Or is there a way to have the title block on the dwt without having to reference the pdf?

Thank you in advance
