try to audit and purge your drawing and off your hardware acceleration (GRAPHICSCONFIG) and see if helps. thanks

I AM ASKING TO ADD IN .DWG FILE ADDITIONAL HATCH AND MY PC IS VERY SLOW AND WORK DIFFICULTY,

So this thread is essentially 2 unrelated questions, I would highly recommend creating a different thread for each issue that you have.

There are lots of existing threads related to adding hatch patterns, please find a link to a thread that has the solved status, some helpful steps and examples here.

Adding new hatch patterns

If you are wanting to create your own custom hatches you could take a look at Youtube, lots of expert users are always sharing great advice, I would recommend the following, it is a great tutorial, and one I feel will be great to get you started.
