Not sure what this all means but my Document keeps crashing and the layers are all appearing as 0 Layer in the layers panel

dont know what to do or how this happened and need help

It seems your file is corrupted, you can conduct the steps outlined in this article to try clean up your file.

ADUIT - Evaluates the integrity of a drawing and corrects some errors.

PURGE - Removes unused items, such as block definitions and layers, from the drawing.
