Missing Preview of Title Block & Plot Style

Hello....

1. I recently created my own title block (attached below). However, when I want to print a model using the title block template, it's not visible in the print layout. What is the problem with it? Is it a setting I'm missing?

(Please highlight the steps you took to correct the above....will be helpful when I create other sheet sizes)

2. In the page setup/ print layout box, how can I add the plotstyle 'acad.ctb' ? It doesn't show in the drop down icon yet

it's present in the program folders? (I have attached a photo below)

You have layers set to "no print" ... change that in the layer manager and you'll see the title block in your plot.

It should exist by default. If it does not exist on your workstation/for your AutoCAD profile then you have changed settings for the location of the plot styles. So look in the default folder for that CTB/STB and copy these to your configured folder.
