Plotting paper size fault

Hi,

When I was trying to print from cad, the paper size drop done list became random language.

Does anyone knows how to fix this? Please see attached screenshot.

Yes, tried it. Also tried to reinstall the plotter but none of them seem to work.

Does this happen for every device (printer) that you select, or only this one?

It happens to this printer only but we have checked the server and the printer itself. No fault was found.

It was working find yesterday.

Are other PC's on the network able to use this printer correctly? If no, then there is a fault somewhere with the printer, network, or server- what was done to test these things?

Are other applications on the PC with the issue able to access the correct paper size menu for this printer? If not, then (I think) you have a corrupted driver- uninstall the printer from within Windows, delete the driver, and re-install it, first in Windows, then in AutoCAD plotter manager.
