How we can we use emoji shapes inside the drawing or , block ,mtext.?

You can just copy and paste the emoji from online. This is how it looks in mtext (see snapshot)

[Personally, I hate emojis, but then I work in construction drawings where they seem utterly inappropriate. But if you use them in some other context....]

My guess is that you would need to find a font that 1: has color inherent in itself [there are many -- search the web for something like "text fonts in color"], and 2: contains emoji characters.
