Hi,

as i understand ... that your requirement is to rotate the Text in a way appear horizontally in a certain scale BUT in another scale the same text rotate 45 degree . if that your need you can do it after set current your scale to the text that you want to rotate then you can move it and rotate it as you wish .

Hey, I've created an annotative text style, like you do, because I want to make sure all of my text is the same size. However, I'd like to rotate a few notes so some are vertical, and some are at 45 degrees, while keeping some standard horizontal notes. When I go to rotate my text it does revolve around my base point but it remains printed horizontally. I've noticed others have had this problem over the years. Is there a solution for this yet other than reverting to a non-annotative text style?

Select your text and on the properties palette set Match Orientation to Layout to No. This is also a setting in your text style definition, uncheck the box in the text style that says Match text orientation to layout.

Hi,

Make sure you have the option "Match text orientation to layout" is unchecked in text style and apply the changes. You could also select the text and change "Match text orientation to layout" to "NO" from properties palette.
