Virtual lines issue only in particular file not in all the files and smooth line option is not helping to remove the virtual lines please see this video https://youtu.be/WDfnP1WPxXY and assist me. Autocad version is 2016.

you may need to disable hardware acceleration , would you try from GRAPHICSCONFIG command ? for more info please read here >> Click <<

Yes, I tried graphiconfig as well. But it is not working.
