DRAWING ALL ON ONE PLANE

I have been experiencing a weird occurrence lately. Currently I am doing a power and data plan and noticed the plan is drawn on one plan and if I orbit the plan I can clearly see that the power symbols are drawn BELOW the drawing.

It all should be drawn on one plan but its not is there any way I can flatten this so that everything is on one plane?

This is not the first time I have seen this issue is there anyone that can help me with this please?

UPDATE: I figured out how to set all lines to one z position .

My issue now is if for example I copy a circle and want to paste it on another part of the drawing on plan view it looks in place but again when you orbit the circle is on a different z position . Hence on plan view looks fine but if you orbit or look at it in an iso view the circle is way below the drawing when it should be on the same Z position .

can anyone help please?

Explore OSNAPZ in HELP in AutoCAD (not an option in LT if you are using that).

Might want to try.

1. check "elevation" setting, set to zero

2. check ucs. set to world

3. check "base" and set to 0,0,0
