FATAL ERROR Unhandled access 0x0028 exception at FD394060h

After a few months without using Autocad, I opened and this message shows up, so I unistalled everything from Autodesk and reinstall it... and the same message shows up "FATAL ERROR Unhandled access 0x0028 exception at FD394060h"... dont know what to do!

Uninstalling and Reinstalling is rarely needed. Much more likely that your user profile is hosed. As a test, log into the PC as a different (new) user and see if it launches OK under the other user's profile.

Hi,

your screenshot shows version Q.47.0.0 which means you have AutoCAD 2020, but not installed any service pack.

Please start with installing update 2020.1.2

How can I install this service pack update? I tried on windows update and is up to date, and I cant seem to find it online
