How to Change File Open Icon Text Color

Is there an easy way to change the text color under the icons in the File Open dialog box without editing a registry field? I have played around with some settings in Windows 10 but nothing I have ever done changes the text color. If it is a registry setting then what needs to change there? I just want it black so I can see it.

That's a WindowsOS registry hack fix if WIndowsOS display options cannot address it. Not much you can do about it in AutoCAD.
