As soon as I launch autocad this happens it loads the overlay and then the what would usually display the files and recently opened drawings is white and the error message is this displayed.

you can try this Disable Digital Signatures 1)On the Windows Start menu, enter acsignopt in the Search programs and files field and press Enter. 2)Clear the Validate Digital Signatures and Display Special Icons option. and see if helps. thanks

Hi,

well, try these two options for how you can start AutoCAD:

press <WIN> and R on your keybard to get a Windows command-line.

There try one time:

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2019\acad.exe" /NOHARDWARE

If this fails too then try this:

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2019\acad.exe" /SAFEMODE

If both fails, then you might reset your AutoCAD profile to default as shown >>>here<<<
