Having the drawing (as Rob suggested) would take away all the guess work. It could be frozen in a viewport, or it could be an annotative scale issue if it shows up in model but not in paper. Does Cap require an object enabler of some sort? That could be an issue as well if it is a proxy object.

Layers not showing up

I have a few layers that are on, thawed, and should be visible. I have used the Layer Walk tool to try to locate the objects on another layer, but they only show on the correct layers.

The objects are 2020CAP symbols, so multiple layers are used, but all of them are on and should be working.

Any tips would be helpful, thanks.

check to see if layers defpoints and 0 are both on and thawed. If this is a symbol, verify that the layer inserted on is both thawed or on.

>>>...The objects are 2020CAP symbols...<<<
>>>...so multiple layers are used...<<<
That last sentence may be the problem, there are probably more layers that need to be turned on that you have so far.

You can test it for yourself with LAYER palette open, thaw/turn on everything then just run down the columns to freeze/off one at a time.

If a block (I guess the symbols are block) is created with objects on specific layers, these layers also need to be on and thawed. Even if the block itself is inserted on a another layer that i visible.
