Lost linetype layer select tab

I recently had a computer melt down and had to reinstall my AutoCAD LT 2104 but had to reset my display to classic toolbar. Sadly I customised to try to match previous set up and have now lost my Linetype Layer name from my linetype properties bar. I still have buttons for Colour Control, Linetype control and Lineweight control but how do I reset my toolbar to show the lietype name? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your response, unfortunately, it is the Layer Control block that is missing; the one that shows what layer name and whether it is on or off, freeze or thaw and lock or unlock, that is not showing after modifying the set up!

Is there just a selection missing from Layers or Layers 11 in the selector set-up?
