Hi,

does only the Ribbon freeze/hang while you can enter commands using keyboard ... or does the whole AutoCAD freeze?

Which operating system are you on?

When you have multiple monitors or a docking station ... does the same happen when you only have one monitor connected to your workstation/your laptop disconnected from the docking station?

1) Yes. I'am support engineer and user tell me, what she use AutoCAD last time in the September 2019. It means she use it before we reinstall Winodws 7 pro to Windows 8.1 pro and no one use it on a new OS at that PC, but this OS(from one Image and one application distribution ) installed on another PC's and all fine. AutoCAD license is concurrent.

2) Where is First screen if some file was open, AutoCAD ask me to show place where I can save it, but no more Error messageboxes it shown... AutoCAD just shutdown and I see that messagebox like in last attachment...

Hi,

You know that AutoCAD 2012 is not supported on Windows 8.1? (>>>details<<<)
Even if it working on another workstation, every single update might stop AutoCAD working.

Can you please try:

create a new Windows user on that system, give that user account admin permissions. Then login with this account, turn off antivirus software. Now start AutoCAD ... does it work?
